  • Vologdas enterprise was included into international association

  • The Scientific Industrial Enterprise Alexandra Plus (Vologda) was admitted to the International Association of Decommissioning of Radiation-Hazardous Facilities. This decision was made at the general meeting of the association in the Central Institution of Advanced Training of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation.

    The Association of Decommissioning of Radiation-Hazardous Facilities was established in 2012. It is the first non-state non-profit organization in the Russian Federation uniting enterprises that specialize in the activity in the field of final stage in the life cycle of nuclear facilities.

    The company of Vologda elaborates and produces ultrasonic equipment applied for decontamination of metal solid radioactive waste and soil, drinking and recycling water. Its management gave a report about prospects of use of technologies on the base of ultrasound at the Eighth Regional Public Forum 70th Anniversary of Rosatom.     It should be added that at present leading enterprises of Russia, Germany, France, Sweden and other countries solving problems of nuclear legacy are members of the association.
